The Windscreen tool is available for purchase and hire (in-store only), it is designed to help with the insertion of the rubber key for windscreen rubbers.
- This tool works by inserting the rubber key into the bottom of the tool and threading it up towards the metal loop at the top.
- The loop then gets inserted into the windscreen rubber key groove.
- Once in place at the correct angle to ensure a snug fit with no gaps, the end of the rubber key is pushed into the expanded gap created by the tool.
- Move the tool down the length of the glazing channel, continuing to thread the rubber key up the tool into the expanded groove.
