Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it has not met the required needs for your project. You are more than welcome to return the goods under the following conditions:

1. All goods returned must be in a sellable condition, you will also be refunded for what has been returned i.e., if you have bought 7 inserts, but only 6 are sellable then you will be refunded for 6 inserts.

2. All goods which we have had to cut, i.e., 10 metres of door seal will incur a 30% restocking fee - this is 30% of the price you paid for the goods.

3. If products have been shipped to you and are the wrong size, due to your error - we will accept the return. However, goods will need to be returned and received by our staff in a sellable condition before a refund is processed. We will not cover shipping of the returned item. The refund will also be of the product cost as the shipping has been paid for and provided. 

4. All good must be returned within 30 days invoice date.
