The 39-399R (F100) is a large Door Seal composed of completely EPDM sponge rubber - a strong durable material which will still be able to conform to a seal.
This seal often works on a F100 Door but can be used on other vehicles as well. The bubble on the right hand side is often the point in which the door will close onto hence creating the seal.

The highest point in this seal is 25mm while the lowest point is 22mm, the width of the entirety of the seal is 35mm and the flap on the left is 12.5mm wide on the inner side.
