For customers out of town, phone and fax contact is preferred and given priority.
Email is checked only once per day, so for urgent attention we encourage use of phone or fax.
Please note also that it is much faster to have profile sheets faxed to you than emailed or to download them from the net. This is especially so if you operate with a modem rather than on broadband.
