Jenkins Rubber Shop has been in business in Cairns
since 1948. The original owners retired and sold to the present
owner in 1983. This continuity of long term ownership ensures
customers deal with experienced service personnel with a history
in the TRADE SUPPLIES OF RUBBER AND FOAM.
Jenkins Rubber Shop
is one of the largest suppliers of industrial foam in Queensland,
and its extruded rubber section is the most comprehensive range
under one roof in the state. Long term staff have a wealth of
knowledge and experience to ensure customers have the right
information to select the products best suited to their needs.
The business has a double focus. Jenkins Rubber Shop stocks a
wide variety of foam and rubber products to meet the needs of
local, outback, Cape York, and Torres Strait customers.

durometer hardness of rubber products, the difference between
natural and synthetic rubber and the significant characteristics
of these differences for the customer’s application are
available.
Differing hardnesses and durabilities of foam can
be explained and demonstrated to assess suitability for varying
